Shipping Information:

Because most replacement batteries for discontinued or obsolete batteries are custom built per order, your order may take up to two weeks to ship. If there is an extended delay in your order, we will contact you. As soon as products are ready for shipping, you should receive your product within 6 business days depending upon your location.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Since most of the batteries ordered from this site are custom built, there will be a 10% restocking fee for all returned batteries. If we have shipped you a different battery from what you ordered, we will send you a shipping label to return the incorrect battery and ship you the correct battery.
